If you’re vegan and planning a trip to Walt Disney World, then doing a little research beforehand to learn what your food options are is a must. One way to get that planning started is by following a few Disney World Vegan Instagramers.
To me (and Rebecca), a HUGE part of a Walt Disney World Vacation is THE FOOD.
Being vegan can be a little bit of a challenge when traveling, but I promise you, from my own experience, I know that there are tons of vegan options available for us at Disney.
The following vegan Instagramers share all the best vegan food Disney has to offer. Give them a follow, scroll through their feeds, and start putting your list of must-tries together!
Disney World Vegan Instagram Accounts You Need to Follow
Not only do the people behind this Instagram account share all the best Disney vegan food finds, they also have a dedicated vegan Disney food blog that’s packed with tons of helpful info.
Give their IG a follow and check out their blog, vegandisneyworld.com.

Amanda from @vegandisneyfood also shares the tasty Disney World vegan eats found throughout the parks and resorts through her IG account and website.
She also has a second account, @amandatinney, where she shares Disney-related content, plus even more vegan food. Because we can all use even more vegan Disney food 🙂

Vegan Disney Vacations is another appetizing vegan IG account.
The image below is of the vegan bowl from Satu’li Canteen in Pandora and it’s on my must-try list for our next trip!
Satu’li Canteen in Pandora at Animal Kingdom definitely lived up to the hype. This is perhaps the most unique vegan quick service option on property. The mix of flavors was awesome and being able to customize with different bases is great – you can have the same meal multiple ways. . . . #disneyvegan #veganwdw #vegandisneyworld #vegandisneyvacations #vegandisney #wdw #veganatdisney #animalkingdom #satulicanteen #vegan
Carise doesn’t strictly share Disney food pics on her IG account, she also shares fun pics from her Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise vacations.
However, when she shares food, it’s all vegan, of course (and all of it looks so good!)
Malory lives very close to the Walt Disney Resort area, so she visits often (wouldn’t that be amazing?!) and when she’s there, she shares all the vegan food.
In addition to sharing vegan Disney food, she also shares her vegan finds outside of the parks, so if you venture offsite during your vacation, her account may help you decide where to eat and where to go.
Being vegan at Walt Disney World is no problem at all, you just need to do a little research and planning up-front.
It’s not hard because there are many resources, like the Instagram accounts above, out there to help. It’s also a fun part of your vacation planning—seeing all the things to look forward to on your vacation!
All this talk about Instagram…have you followed US over there yet?
Our account isn’t just about Walt Disney World vegan food treasures, we share a wide range of Disney content, just like here on the website, but any time I’m visiting, I’ll definitely share all of my vegan goodies with you!
